Geary Law prevails at the Eastland Court of Appeals

Geary Law prevailed at the Eastland Court of Appeals for a client that had wrongfully been sued in Texas, instead of her home state. The client’s trial attorney sought Geary Law’s expertise in appealing the judgment. Geary briefed and argued the issue before the Eastland Court of Appeals, successfully demonstrating that citizens of other states should not be dragged into court thousands of miles away from home when the facts do not support jurisdiction. The Eastland Court of Appeals agreed. Geary Law obtained a full reversal and judgment in favor of the client.
