Board Certified
Elizabeth Geary has been Board Certified in Civil Appeals since 2019 and has extensive experience handling every stage of an appeal. Geary is the only practicing attorney that is Board Certified in Lubbock.
She has appeared before the Texas Supreme Court, Texas courts of appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and serves as lead trial counsel in civil matters throughout Texas and New Mexico.
Geary Law will handle appeals on an hourly or contingency basis depending on the case.
