Larkin Davis is a senior attorney at Geary Law, where she leads the firm’s personal-injury practice and represents injured clients. Larkin also represents clients in civil litigation, commercial disputes, and appeals throughout Texas.

 Larkin works closely with clients through every stage of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, depositions, dispositive and evidentiary motion practice, negotiation, trial preparation, trial representation, and appellate briefing and oral argument.

Before joining Geary Law, Larkin gained extensive litigation experience She has represented clients in commercial litigation, personal injury, wrongful-death, commercial-trucking, workplace-injury, premises-liability, employment, contract, trust, probate, and adverse-possession matters. Larkin has handled probate matters across the state of Texas, represented more than 100 stakeholders in Oklahoma and Texas in a significant groundwater dispute, and advised businesses and nonprofit organizations on entity formation, governing documents, and served as personal counsel in litigation against these organizations.

Larkin is a proven force in the court room and takes pride in representing clients all over the state of Texas as trial and appellate counsel. Larkin is originally from Wellington, Texas where she began her career practicing with her father who is still a practicing attorney. She regularly represents clients in the panhandle region where she was raised and first began practicing law. During Larkin’s time practicing in the small, rural community of Wellington and the surrounding areas she had the opportunity to represent people from all backgrounds and diverse issues which further instilled in her the ability to problem-solve and always put the client first.

Larkin gained judicial experience as a law clerk for a state district court as well as a law clerk for the Honorable Mackey Hancock of the Seventh Court of Appeals.

Larkin earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating in the top five percent of her class and earning election to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Larkin received top-grade awards in Evidence, Family Law, and Trial Advocacy, as well as A with Distinction awards in Professional Responsibility, Criminal Law, Commercial Litigation, Complex Litigation, and practicum with the Seventh Court of Appeals. She served as Communications Chair for the Board of Barristers. Larkin was also a Student Ambassador for the law school.

Larkin is a Barrister in the Texas Tech Law School American Inn of Court and is active in the Lubbock Area Bar Association, Amarillo Area Bar Association, and Texas Young Lawyers Association. Outside the practice of law, Larkin served on a committee which put on the event now known as Cocktails and Couture to benefit YWCA Lubbock. She also supports charitable causes through the West Texas Benefit Tennis Pro-Am, was a member of the 2023 USTA 7.0 Mixed Doubles National Championship team. Larkin has served as the hostess and auctioneer for the West Texas Tennis Pro-Am which benefited CASA of the South Plains in 2026.  She also coaches youth basketball and has had maintained that role through six seasons.
